They are printed in blue ink with the number in black in two places. The back is also blue and is stamped with the date and “M.A. Dauphin New Orleans.” Each one measures 5.75” X 2.25” and in good condition (ungraded). *See Photos. **Two former Confederate Generals (G.T. Beauregard & Jubal A. Early) were hired to oversee the drawings. Their names appear on each ticket along with M.A. Dauphin, a lottery official.
