The back is also blue and is stamped with the date and “M.A. Dauphin New Orleans.” Each one measures 5.75” X 2.25” and in good condition (ungraded). *See Photos. **Two former Confederate Generals (G.T. Beauregard & Jubal A. Early) were hired to oversee the drawings. Their names appear on each ticket along with M.A. Dauphin, a lottery official.
