Description: 1864 Indian Head Cent Penny from cival war Era. The penny is stamped with what appears to be either "C. RENTON" or "C RENTON". I don't know what that means. Google search possible Captain William Renton which was the largest lumber yard in the world and city in Washington named after him? Possible civil war connection? I don't collect coins, know how to grade coins, and know little about them in general. From looking at other auctions on eBay, this is one of the more sought-after Indian Head coin years. You be the judge of condition and variety. I found about 20 of these pennies from different years and will be listing more soon. Thanks for looking.
