This is a lot of 10 issues of the United States Democratic Review New Series magazines from 1857 and 1858. The magazines included in this lot are: (1857) July, September, October, & November; and (1858) January, May, July, August, September, & December. The August 1858 issue features Senator Douglas one popular sovereignty references to Lincoln. These magazines feature nice engravings and articles/stories.. These magazines are in overall poor condition. The outer covers show nicks, tears, creases, and some paper loss. There are some pages inside that show foxing and staining. The spines show damage.
