Description: Scarce and interesting - Northern & Southern Celestial hemispheres - tinted lithographic map by Schenck & McFarlane, published by A & C Black (1856). A very attractive depiction of the Northern and Southern Celestial hemispheres. Excellent overall condition, only minor issues are very minimal staining and a slight 1/2" tear in the margin (repaired) - as evidenced by the pictures. Dimensions (overall including margins) : Width ~ 17.3"Height ~ 12.5" Shipping: USPS and fully insured.
