Book is in good condition with some wear on the cover and spine due to age. The spine has some small tears along its edges accompanied by some creases in the material of the spine. The cover has been reattached with archival grade book tape and glue and is apparent on the inside of the cover upon opening the book (please see photos). Previous owners name signed on inner book cover along with a date. No internal writing, tears, or stains. All pages are present and tightly bound. Tanning and light fixing throughout pages.
