It is from the first edition of Aaron Arrowsmith & Samuel Lewis' A New and Elegant Atlas Comprising all the Important Discoveries to the Present Time, published in Philadelphia in 1804. A copy of the title page is included for authenticity. It is not mounted nor matted, being sold as a single sheet as seen in the main pic. Size: The map image measures approximately 7 3/4 by 9 1/2 inches on a 9 by 10 1/2" (23x26cm) page Condition: The map is in Good condition for its age with overall tonal ageing, blank on the reverse, printed on strong cotton based paper typical of the period. The binding edge has been left untrimmed. There are binding holes in the margin and minor wear and general handling around the edges, a couple of short edge tears, see the pic for more on condition.
