BACKGROUND INFORMATION: Kings Bromley is a village and civil parish in Staffordshire, England. The village lies in Lichfield District. In the early 18th century the Newton family rebuilt the manor house in a grand Georgian style and over the century consolidated their landholdings until in 1794 they owned 2000 of the 3600 acres of Kings Bromley parish. After the First World War the Manor was sold and demolished and the village became an almost entirely rural community. Please explore my ebay shop for more antique prints.
