These are "Cancelled to order" and each stamp in the set was stamped at Berlin 4/23/1944 I purchasedthese in a complete sheet-set and have since broken the set up. The stamps are actually MNH but cancelled. Receive the set of stamps shown in a protective holder. Each stamp is Unused, fully gummed and is unhinged.
