Description: In very good condition. A rare vintage blueprint from 1962. This is a piece from a lot of blueprints and renderings from the construction of the Phoenix Arizona Holiday Inn on Van Buren in 1962. I am piecing out the entire lot with many more outstanding mid century images. Please see my other auctions for more. Rendering has some yellowing, small flaws as pictured, 2 staple holes on the top left, and a fold in the middle.
