Dysarte has a beautiful hand-painted appearance and a vintage look. From soft and feminine (think pinks and pastels) to bold and "clubby" (think dark green leather, dark wood, and burgundy accents), the neutral background and soft greens work beautifully with every other color. And the pattern is timeless, complementing virtually any style from colonial, country, and craftsman to federal and victorian. Although it varies by number of doors and windows and pattern match, it takes, on AVERAGE, 10 rolls to paper the walls in an 8 x 10 room with 8 ft. high ceilings. The same room with 10 ft. high ceilings would need 12 rolls. To paper the walls of an average 10 x 14 room with 8 ft. ceilings you will need, in general, a minimum of 14 rolls. If you have 10 ft. ceilings and a 16 x 20 room, you will likely need a minimum of 26 rolls. You should use an on-line wallpaper calculator to determine your exact needs. There are several available. I always like to add a roll or two so I have extra just in case I cut a piece incorrectly or for things like lining drawers or shelves, or even papering a closet to match the room.
