The method by which we ship will be determined by us at the time that we receive your order. We ship Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. WE DO NOT SHIP FRIDAYS OR WEEKENDS. IF YOU LIVE IN HAWAII, YOU MUST FIRST ACQUIRE A PERMIT TO IMPORT LIVESTOCK FROM YOUR STATE AGRICULTURAL DEPARTMENT. WE CANNOT SHIP LIVE FISH OR PLANTS TO YOU WITHOUT FIRST HAVING A COPY OF THIS PERMIT. ALSO, IF YOU LIVE IN PUERTO RICO, YOUR SHIPMENT WILL COME VIA USPS AND MAY TAKE 2 DAYS AS OPPOSED TO 1 DAY. In the event that some or all of your order arrives DOA, we ask that you send us a picture as soon as possible. In most cases, we will then either offer you a partial refund or another shipment. We handle these instances on a case by case basis, since they are so rare.
