Description: THE PIE AND THE PATTY-PAN is a hardbound, handcrafted complete miniature reproduction of The Pie And The Patty-Pan written and illustrated by Beatrix Potter originally published in 1905. It contains 39 pages with 10 full color plates. The pages are printed on both sides of single sheets. The spine is glued with a paper tape mull over the glued spine. This volume measures 15/16 inch high by 11/16 inch wide by 1/8 inch thick. It is constructed using traditional book making techniques and other techniques I have developed for making miniature books. The spine is printed with the title so the volume will look well on a bookshelf. I personally make each book. My miniature books are not intended for children and are not toys. THE PICTURE IS LARGE TO ENABLE CLOSE VIEWING OF THE BOOK DETAILS.
