All pieces are there and accounted for. There are 5/6 wolf riders that have broken spears and one wolf is painted. Some stickers are missing. Sticker sets are available online for free. There's minor paint to a few figures as seen in pics. 5 of the poles are shorter than the other. They must have been glued or broken at some point.
