Description: RARE EARLYRESTORATION HARDWARESet of 1 or PAIR DECO PLANES This sale is for one of two planes, two are available. Restoration Hardware founded in 1979 has been in business since 1978 and have always made very cool replicas from early Victorian, Art Deco to Mid-Century modern and beyond. These are early made Airplane replicas made by them as newer ones are made of light aluminum and other lighter metals. These planes are solid heavy steel at almost 3 pounds each. Each plane has a wingspan of 11 3/4" with four working movable propellers each! Theay are 9" from nose to tail and stand 6 3/4" high at nose. I cannot find any other planes by Restoration Hardware made of steel on eBay or the internet, so I believe they are early. As they are handmade each plane has irregularities with hand finished parts with four Phillip screws holding planes to base. Mailing at cost sent USPS Ground insured with online tracking and delivery confirmation. This will be a heavy box at about 8 pounds once packed!
