Upon testing, we saw part of the rope light did not light up correctly. We shortened it to a 4-ft length, and it appears to function correctly at that length. Video shows it cycling through all five light level settings (though our photo station doesn't capture it perfectly), and all other components are included. -- Outer packaging may have some signs of handling or shelf wear (worn edges, extra stickers, small tears, writing, sticker removal sites, etc).
