If you have placed an order and after receiving you realize that you ordered the wrong part or you no longer want the item please ship it back to us along with a 20% restocking fee. We will not cover the shipping costs to have the item returned to us. We do not accept non-defective item returns after 14 business days from the day the item was delivered. For refurbished items, items must be properly packed to prevent damage to the item during shipping. If item is lost in return shipment, we will not reimburse the payment. Shipping & Packing We ship via Fed-Ex (Domestic and International), USPS (Domestic 48 continental states). We ship all over the U.S. excluding Puerto Rico, Hawaii and Alaska. Shipping costs may vary for international orders and for territories outside the continental U.S. We do not ship to PO boxes or APE/FPO addresses. Items will not be shipped unless the payment has been cleared.
